1. Before making online reservations with Chinats.com Internet ticketing system, please read our Online Reservation Service Agreement, which is an integral part of your reservation agreement. |

2. As you enter our air ticket page, we invite you to try out our "Search" page to select the departure and arrival cities, then select your flight and click "Request" on the right side of the page to fill each blank with required information. Please make sure your information is correct so you can be noticed in case of any flight delay or flight cancellation. |

3. Click "Submit". Review and make sure that your completed flight information is correct, print out this page for easy tracing (optional), then your online reservation request is complete. |

4. If you need to modify any information of your request, please click "Back" button, modify the information, make sure all the information is correct, click "Submit"----then a new form will be created. You can also contact us via email to bisc@chinats.com for any possible modifications or inquiries. |

5. Each flight reservation request will be replied by return email to the email address indicated in your "Request" form. |

6. Each flight reservation request will be effective only on the basis of our confirmation email to the email address indicated in your request form. |
