  Online Reservation Service Agreement
   Please read these service provisions carefully before you use our Online Ticket Reservation    Service. By using our service, you accept all terms and conditions.

   1.Online Airline Ticketing Reservation
  (1).Passengers must comply with "The Civil Aviation Law of The People's Republic of China" and other relevant regulations issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and are responsible for all personal information provided to the airline.
  (2). Passengers using Chinats.com's Online Ticketing Reservation service agree that all information provided to Chinats.com is true and accurate. Users assume any loss due to either incorrect or inaccurate information provided online to Chinats.com.
  (3). Passengers are responsible for current I.D.or passport information. When making online reservations, passengers are required to provide true and accurate personal information and methods of contact. Chinats.com assumes no loss incured by passengers who provide inaccurate information upon ticketing.
  (4). Passengers should complete online reservation at least 20 days prior to flight departure.
   
   2.Payment TOP
  (1).Users should complete full payments at least 15 days prior to flight departure, otherwise that reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  (2). Payment can be done by credit card, bank wire transfer, or check according to different situations applicable. Details of mode of payment will be mentioned via email to your indicated email address.
  (3). All of our quotations are NET rate and DO NOT include any bank charges, which should be paid on user's own.
* For payment by credit card, 3.5% of quotation price is applicable for bank charges.
* For payment by wire transfer(T/T), US$30.00 is applicable for bank charges.
   3.Delivery & Handling Charge TOP
  (1).For users inside mainland China , ticket will be delivered by domestic express mail service in 5-7 business days fro the date of ticket payment, at the charge of US$10.00 per delivery, plus 1% of ticket fare for post insurance(optional).
  (2).For users outside mainland China , ticket will be delivered by worldwide express mail service in 10-15 business days fro the date of ticket payment, at the charge of US Dollars per delivery as follows, plus 3% of ticket fare for post insurance(optional).

  (3).Booking & Handling Service Charge (Non-refundable):
  USD 10.00 per flight per person.
   4. Refunds TOP
  (1). Users applying for an ticket refund will cause their original ticket to become invalid and a cancellation fee may be levied according to the " Passenger Transport Domestic Service" and " Passenger Transport Int'l Service"
  (2). Passengers applying for an ticket refund should deliver (by mail or by person) their ticket back to Chinats.com, and will have their refund made directly back into the original credit card/bank account. Refunds will be made within 45 business days fro the date of ticket received by Chinats.com.
  (3). Passengers who have not received refunds to their credit card/bank account within the prescribed time period are requested to contact Chinats.com by fax to (86-10) 68524887.
  (4). If users require a refund receipt, please contact with Chinats.com. You may also provide us with your detailed address by fax to (86-10) 68524887 or Contact Us and Chinats.com will mail your receipt to you.
   
   5. Additional Notes TOP
  (1). Passengers are responsible for all losses and invalid personal identification.
  (2). Passengers should complete all check-in procedures no later than 30 minutes prior to flight departure. For China Eastern Airlines, passengers should complete all check-in procedures no later than 45 minutes prior to flight departure.
  (3). Passengers requiring special services (including VIP, handicapped, expecting mother and unaccompanied seniors and minors) are requested to go to the carrier's office for airline ticket purchase.
  (4).The times of all flights shown in our timetable database are based on the information obtained at the time of the printing of the timetable. The schedules, flights, aircraft types, stopover points and ticket fare in our database are subject to change without prior notice.
  (5). All flight privileges and information contained herein shall be under the power of interpretation of Chinats.com.
