       1.Timetable TOP
  The times of international flights shown in the timetable are based on the information obtained at the time of the printing of the timetable. The schedules, flights, aircraft types and stopover points in the Timetables are subject to change without further notice.
       2.Reservation TOP
  Passengers to travel on international flights can reserve their seats in advance at the airline booking offices or their agents according to relevant regulations. Passengers having reserved their seats on international or regional flights should purchase their tickets within the time-limit established by the airlines concerned, otherwise their reservations will automatically be cancelled. If passengers having reserved seats on international or regional flight, including seats on connecting flights, do not intend to use such reservations, they should as early as possible ask the airline booking offices or their agents from whom they made reservations to cancel them.
       3.Reconfirmation of Reservation TOP
  Passengers having reserved their seats on connecting or return international or regional flights should reconfirm if they stay at the connecting or return points for more than 72 hours. Failure to make such reconfirmation will result in the cancellation of the seats reserved. Passengers staying at the connecting or return points for less than 72 hours do not need to reconfirm their reservations.
       4.Ticket TOP
  A ticket(including baggage check) is an evidence of the contract of carriage concluded between a carrier and a passenger. It is also an evidence of the baggage checked by the passenger for transportation. A ticket is valid only for the passenger whose name appears on the ticket. A ticket is void, if transferred, mutilated or altered.
       5.Validity Period of Ticket TOP
  The validity period of a normal fare ticket, including single trip, round trip or circle trip ticket, is one year fro, the date of commencing the travel. The validity period of a special fare ticket or discounted normal fare ticket will be fixed according to the regulations governing such tickets.
       6.Children Fare TOP
  Children over 12 years of age pay full fare. Children under 12 but over 2 years of age pay applicable children discount fare. Infants under 2 years of age, not occupying a separate seat and accompanied by an adult, pay 10% of the normal adult fare. One infant paying 10% of the normal adult fare shall be granted to an adult only. Infant occupying a separate seat is required to pay applicable children fare.
       7.Check-in Procedure TOP
  Passengers taking international or regional flights must arrive at the designated airport as early as possible, so as to have sufficient time to produce their tickets, valid passports and visas as well as other necessary travel documents for check-in and exit procedures. Passengers failing to arrive at the designated airport within the specified time or failing to complete the necessary check-in and exit procedures because their passports, visas or other travel documents do not confirm with the regulations, should be responsible for all the losses and liabilities thus incurred.
       8.Airport Fee TOP
 

Each international passenger leaving the territory of the People's Republic of China should pay an airport fee according to the regulation. Passengers holding diplomatic passports, transit passengers stopping at the transit point within 24 hours and children under 12 years of age are except from the airport fee.

       9.Refund TOP
  If owing to the reasons of the airlines or passengers themselves, a passenger is unable to take the flight specified on his ticket, refund will be asked according to regulations. Such refund can only be made at the place where the ticket was bought.
       10.Free Baggage Allowance in Weight TOP
  On international an regional flights, the free baggage allowance for each published adult-fare or half-fare passenger is as follows: first class fare ticket 40ks; business class fare ticket, 30kg; economy class fare ticket, 20kg. No free baggage allowance is granted to infants paying 10% of the adult fare.
       11.Free Baggage Allowance In Piece TOP
 

Free baggage allowance in piece is applicable only on China-USA and China-Canada international flight. According to the class of tickets, the free baggage allowance for each full-fare of half-fare first-class and business-class passenger is two pieces, and the sum of the length, width and height of each piece must not exceed 62 in.(158cm). The free baggage allowance for each economy-class and discounted tourist-class passenger is two pieces, and the sun of the length, width and height of each piece must not exceed 62 in.(158cm), but the sun of the length, width and height of the two pieces of baggage must not exceed 107 in.(273cm); the weight of each piece must not exceed 32 kg. An infant paying 10% of the adult fare is allowed one piece of free baggage, and the sum of its length, width and height must not exceed 45 in.(115cm). In addition, a collapsible infant cart or infant handcart is allowed to be carried free. For baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance in piece, or the sum of the length, width and height of each piece exceeding the prescribed limits, an excess baggage charge should be paid.

       12.Hand Baggage TOP
  In addition to free baggage allowance in weight, each passenger holding a full-fare or half-fare ticket may carry in his own custody the following articles free of charge: a lady's handbag, an overcoat, a raincoat or a traveling blanket, a walking stick or an umbrella, a small amount of reading material for the trip, a small camera, a pair of small binoculars, infant's food for consumption in flight, an infant's carrying basket, a fully collapsible invalid chair or a pair of braces or artificial limbs. In addition to the free baggage allowance in piece, regardless of the fare class of the ticket, the passenger may also carry unlimited number of pieces of hand baggage which can only be placed under the passenger seat, and the sum of the length, width and height of all the pieces must not exceed 45 in.(115cm).
       13.Packing of Baggage TOP
  The checked baggage should be able to withstand a certain extent of pressure, completely sealed, well-locked and firmly tied up. For those baggage not packed in accordance with the requirements, the carrier can refuse to accept for carriage and will not be liable for any damage or breakage thereof.
       14.Articles Not to Be Shipped as Baggage TOP
  Passengers are not allowed to carry in their checked baggage or hand baggage, dangerous articles such as inflammable, explosives, corrosives, poisonous, radioactive, polymerizable, magnetized materials and other dangerous articles, Passengers are not allowed to carry those articles which the law, orders or regulations of the People's Republic of China and the countries en route prohibit their export or import or passing through their countries, and other restricted articles. Passengers are not allowed to carry on board arms, sharp or lethal weapons. Checked baggage should not contain cash, pearls, jewels, gold and silver articles, documents, negotiable securities and other valuable articles.
       15.Travel Documents TOP
  Before going through check-in and exit procedures, international passengers should complete all formalities concerning passport, visa and other travel documents. Passenger should carry their passports, visas and other travel documents in their own persons and should not pack them in checked baggage for transportation. The carrier will not be responsible for any loss sustained or the payment made as a result of the incompleteness of travel documents of the passenger. However, the passenger should be responsible and identify the carrier for all losses thus sustained and payment made by the carrier including(but not limited to)fines.
       16.Cargo Shipment TOP
  Cargo shipment for international flights are required to go through customs checks first and all necessary documents must be completed to conform with the import, export and transit regulations of the countries involved throughout the transportation.
       17.Cargo Banned From Shipment TOP
  Cultural relics, drugs and inflammable, explosive, corrosive, poisonous and other such dangerous cargo are banned from shipment. To insure the safety of transportation, the carrier must inspect the cargo consigned for shipment.
       18.Dangerous Cargo TOP
  The category, volume and packing of dangerous cargo permitted to be shipped on international flights must conform with the regulations of the carrier.
