The area of the island, east of the lake Centre Pavilion, is small but there are still scenic spots. It was constructed after the garden in Suzhou which was designed by Yi, a famous artist of the Yuan Dynasty. In the Grove are there Gatehouse Rainbow-like Bridge, Rockery, Yunlinshishi, terrace, Zhanfeng Pavilion, Najing Hall, QingYin Pavilion, Rattan, Qingshu Hall, Small Xiangzhuang, Yanjing Building, Seeking Truth study, Gaily-painted Pleasure-boat, Hengbi Room,Water Value etc, some of which sometimes are by the lake, sometimes perch on the hills, bury in the woods of stone. They were decorated wonderfully, uniquely and elegantly.
