Built in the style of the Su Causeway in Hangzhou City, the embankment in the center of the lake connects the Huanbidao (Ring Islet on the Green lake), Ruyizhou (Ruyi Islet ) and Yuese Jiangsheng ( Islet on Moonlit River). Visitors will feel as if they have arrived at West Lake in Hangzhou when they stroll on the embankment.

The peninsula whose 3 sides are surrounded by water is to the west of Zigzag path and Cloudy Causeway. Due to it is embraced by green water and hills, so it is called 'Surrounded by Green Water'.  It was a place where the young princess could read when emperors had royal progresses.
