The building of Wenjin Hall (Knowledge Imparting Hall) was a Qing Dynasty book repository built in the 39th year of Emperor Qianlong's reign (1774). One of the seven copies of the voluminous Complete Works of Four Treasures, compiled during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, is kept here. The pond surrounded by the rock garden in front of the building reflects an image that looks like the crescent moon.
