| Please read these service provisions carefully before you use our Online Reservation Service. By using our service, you accept all terms and conditions.

| 1. True & Accurate Personal Information |

Cruise Passengers using Chinats.com's Online Reservation Service agree that all information provided to Chinats.com is true and accurate. Cruise Passengers assume any loss due to either incorrect or inaccurate information provided online to Chinats.com.
Chinats.com assumes no loss incurred by passengers who provide inaccurate information upon cruise ticketing. |
| 2. Payments & Cancellations |

Deposit : |

A deposit of US$100/person is due within immediate 7 days after Chinats' confirmation otherwise the spaces will be regarded as cancelled. The rest of the payment should be remitted to Chinats' account at least 30 days prior the booked cruise sailing date, otherwise the spaces will be regarded ad cancelled. |

Cancellation : |

a. |
If the cancellation takes place 60 days before the due time, 50% of the deposit will be charged. |
| |
b. |
If the cancellation takes place 59 to 30 days before the due time, the deposit will not be refunded. |
| |
c. |
If the cancellation takes place 29 to 15 days before the due time, 50% of ticket fare will be charged as compensation. |
| |
d. |
If the cancellation takes place less than 15 days before the due time, 100% of ticket fare will be charged as compensation. |

Payment can be done by credit card, bank wire transfer (T/T) or check according to different situations applicable. Details of way of payment, bank charges and bank account number will be mentioned via email to your indicated email address. |

Prices are in currency of USD and quoted per person, double occupancy. Single occupancy of a twin-bed cabin will be charged with extra charge as ‘Single Cabin Supplement'. Cabin assignments are based on run-of-the-house. All prices subject to revision in the event of marked
change in exchange rates, fuel costs, port fees and/or tariff rates, in adherence with Chinese Government tourism pricing. |

Baggage service dockside to/from cabin, port fees & tariffs, set meal plan, sightseeing & cultural, educational and entertainment programs, movies and more, are included in cruise fares. |

Off-ship excursions (unless otherwise stated), room service, food and beverages not included in set meal plan, transfers to/from dock, expenses of personal nature (laundry, hair care, mail, telecommunications, massage, healthcare, insurance, etc; Gratuities to service staff and cruise Director. |
| 8. Boarding Documents |

Passengers should present following for cruise boarding:
*Passport or other valid travel documents
*Confirmation letter issued by Chinats.com with passenger's name, cruise number, date & inclusions. |
| 9. Off-Ship Land & Boat Excursions |

Excursions are provided by local tour operators and subject to their terms and conditions. Cancellations due to flood or other conditions beyond operator control are non-refundable.
Customary tipping is not included. |
| 10. Changes & Revisions |

Every effort is made to adhere to published schedules. However, river conditions are subject to change. In view of this and other potential unusual events, the cruise companies reserve the right to alter programs to maintain the spirit of the cruises with concern for safety and in response to actual conditions during sailing. Unused services are not refundable. |

Area of operation is rustic and isolated. Most docking facilities are floating barges with iron or wooden gangplanks. Passengers should be in good health and able to climb stone steps at local ports. Chinats.com expressly disclaims all responsibility for any nature of injury, loss or damage to any person or properties resulting form delays, cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, weather, navigation requirements, mechanical problems, or other circumstances or events beyond the control of the cruise operator. Should a sailing be cancelled due to force majeure, acts of God, strikes, government regulations, discrepancies or events over which Chinats.com has no control, Chinats.com will endeavor to arrange substitute passage on an alternate vessel with refund of price difference, if any. |
