ChinaTS.com does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant, insurance company, tour or sightseeing company or any other service that would fit in the classification of Supplier. ChinaTS.com are not responsible or liable for any negligent acts or defaults of Suppliers or any other person, company or corporation not directly under its control.

17. The laws of People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, shall govern these T&C. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in People s Republic of China, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this agreement.

18. These T&C shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
