Manchuli
The Manchuli Gateway of the People's Republic of China
It stands on the Chinese side of the Chinese Russian boundary in the
west of Manchuli City, the Hulun Buir League. The gateway, which looks
grand and solemn and which is 30 meters high and 40 meters wide, was
built up in 1989.
Getting on the top of the gate, people can have a panoramic view of
the railway station, buildings, streets and pedestrians on the opposite
Russian side. The gateway of the former Soviet Union is on the opposite
side.
