Payment Terms of Hotel Booking

*For hotels marked with "Prepayment to Chinats," due to our special rates and special arrangments with the hotels, full advance payment to Chinats Network by credit card is required to secure your reservation. Reservation should be made 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. |

*We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD Only. |
| * Your credit card information, including Card Number, Card Type, Cardholder Name, Expiration Date, Security ID (or Vcode) , the Billing Address and Zip/Postal Code of the credit card and Contact Phone Number is required when you book hotel through Chinats Network. |

* Information provided by the Cardholder is to be kept strictly confidential, and for the purpose of completing the transaction ONLY. |

* You do not have to send your credit card over the Internet. When your reservation is accepted by Chinats Network, we will send you a standard " Credit Card Payment Authorization Form " by fax or email. You should print out the form, fill in each blank with required information, sign it, and send to us by fax at 0086-10-68524887. An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your credit card payment is verified. |

Cancellation Policy: |

*Confirmation to 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival date: without penalty. |

|
*6 days to 3 days prior to your confirmed arrival date: one night's room rate plus tax. |
| |
|
*48 hours or less prior to your confirmed arrival date: 100% of full payment. |

*For special exhibition and meeting period, including Guangzhou Caton Fair, Zhuhai Aviation Exhibition and other important events, FULL ADVANCE payment is required and all payment is NON-REFUNDABLE once the confirmation is issued by Chinats Network. |
