It is a typical barrier
lake formed by landslide.
Because Panda Haizi is located at a narrow part of Rize Gou
with lime mountains standing upright at its both sides, it is
easy to meet landslides. Currently, the cliff on the west side
hill is still obvious and many fallen rocks remain at the east
side upside down. Fallen rocks also stay in front of the lake
but they are covered by calcium and turned into the deposit
of travertine relic. |
