As a result of many years of develolpment, its site area now amounts to 15,200 square meters and its floor area is 10,305 square meters. There are many sutra chanting halls, important Dharma implements and cultural relic. In 1950s, there were 129 monks, 2

Since then on, disciples are active at donation in order to rebuild the Zaru Monastery. In 1986, after a comprehensive research of the Zaru Monastery, Bureau of Religious Affairs of Sichuan province gave the permission to rebuild the monastery and invested RMB 40,000 as the Rebuilding Fund.
