The spinning of prayer wheel is a special covenance widespread in the Tibetan Buddhism. There is a particular path in every Tibetan Buddhism monastery with prayer wheels. There are a number of mantras inside every prayer wheel. Disciples spin different sized prayer wheels when they pass by and each spin means several hundred chants of mantras inside the prayer wheel, which also means the great increase of their merits and virtues.
