The Fengdong Shi (rock that shakes with the wind) is located at the foot of Lingshan Mountain facing the south. It is ranked as one of the 8 spectacular views of Quan Zhou, called the name. Zhou Dao-guang, prefecture chief of Ming came here for a personal look, gave it the name "Jasper Ball" and carved the characters on the rock. There is another inscription in 4 characters "Miraculous Sight of Nature" to express the feeling of surprise at the rock.
