Laojun Yan (rock of the Daoist Priest) is located beneath the Loshan and Wushan Mountains of Zuo Feng. The stone statue of Lao jun is 5.1 m high and 7.2 m thick and 7.3 m in width. It is one of the representative pieces of stone sculpture of the Song dynasty. The statue is in sitting position, easy and free. The left hand hangs close to the knee and the right hand is put on a table, eyes gazing into the distance, expressive of benevolence.
