Located at 145 Yueyang Road, the former private residence of Song Ziwen (T.V.Soong) was built in 1936 in German style, featured by red tiled roof, spacious veranda and lobby. It strongly expressed itself a work in European style. Lin Biao and Jiang Qing once stayed here. Now it is a club for retired cadres.
